Sponsor: The Cleartone Strings Randall Amp Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Cleartone, Inc., 150 North Wright Brothers Dr., Salt Lake City, UT 84116 (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins October 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter With a Purchase: During the Promotion Period, purchase any Cleartone product anywhere Cleartone products are sold, including retail stores and online retailers. Visit CleartoneStrings.com/contest, complete the entry form and upload valid proof of purchase showing a qualifying Cleartone purchase made during the Promotion Period. Each separately submitted qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying purchases may be submitted separately for additional entries. Each qualifying purchase or receipt may be used only once.

Free Alternative Method of Entry: No purchase is necessary. To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and the words “Cleartone Strings Randall Amp Giveaway” on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Cleartone Strings Randall Amp Giveaway, Cleartone, Inc., 150 North Wright Brothers Dr., Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Each separately mailed, properly completed envelope constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. Multiple mail-in entries are permitted, but each must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 7, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, automated or bulk entries are prohibited. Purchase and free entries will be treated equally in the random drawing. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning relative to an equivalent number of free entries. Void where prohibited.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Randall RG3003H 300-Watt, 3-channel solid-state guitar amplifier head (SKU RG3003H-U), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,049.99, plus twelve (12) sets of Cleartone guitar strings, representing approximately a one-year supply, with an ARV of $180.00. Total ARV of the prize package is $1,229.99. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Odds: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through both entry methods. The random drawing will take place on or about December 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address, telephone number or other contact information provided with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification. Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify eligibility and complete and return eligibility, liability, publicity or other prize-related documentation where permitted by law. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, declines the prize or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Delivery: Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to the confirmed winner at a valid address within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for delays or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Taxes: All federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize, as well as any expenses not expressly included in the prize description, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entry Verification: Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and proof of purchase. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, fraudulent, altered, submitted outside the Promotion Period or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Sponsor may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify a qualifying purchase or an entrant’s eligibility.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or deceptive means, interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph and statements concerning the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Privacy: Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win. Marketing communications will be sent only to entrants who separately consent to receive them.

Retailer and Social Media Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Amazon, Sweetwater or any other retailer or social media platform through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted or qualifying Cleartone products may be purchased.

Randall Disclaimer: Randall Amplifiers is the manufacturer of the Randall RG3003H amplifier offered as part of the prize. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Randall Amplifiers is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, selection of the winner or fulfillment of Sponsor’s obligations under these Official Rules.

Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
